Be A Good Mom is a home for mothers of every age: the ones up at 2 a.m. with a newborn, and the ones whose phone doesn’t ring as often as it used to.
The name isn’t an order. It’s what we believe about you: you already are one.
What we write
We write one letter for each hard day, from the questions women bring us. Every letter is built on a real study or a piece of history, with the source written underneath, and one ordinary moment you might recognize. Gentle ideas, never orders. No judgment.
We are not doctors or therapists, and nothing here is medical advice.
Your own letter
If you’d like a letter written only for you, about the question you carry, we make those with The Birth Letter.
