Be A Good Mom (beagoodmom.com) is a website with letters for mothers. Here is everything about your data, in plain English.

On this website

There are no sign-up forms, no ads, no tracking pixels and no tracking cookies here. Like every website, our server keeps a standard access log (the page, the time, your browser and your IP address) to keep the site safe and to count visits. We don’t sell or share it.

When you type a question into a box on this site, it stays in your browser until you choose “Write my free letter.” We don’t store it.

Your personal letter

The “Write my free letter” buttons take you to The Birth Letter (thebirthletter.com), which writes Be A Good Mom’s personal letters. Your question goes with you there. What you enter on their page (your name, birth date, place, question, and email) is handled under The Birth Letter’s privacy policy.

Sharing

When you choose “Share on Facebook” or “Send it privately,” your own Facebook or your phone’s share menu opens. We don’t see who you send it to.
